Pollos Nortenos — SMS consent
Operator: Mario Velazquez · 1708 N Conway Ave, Mission, TX 78572 · 956-598-7155
Our transactional SMS program is active for pickup-order confirmations with your permission. Online pickup orders and Square card payments remain available when the business is accepting orders.
Optional SMS permission for pickup orders
This form records permission for transactional pickup-order confirmation or cancellation texts. It does not create an order or charge a payment. You can also give optional permission while ordering in our assistant.
How customers opt in
- Open our menu and choose Order / Order for an item.
- Choose Recoger en el negocio / Pickup and enter your name.
- On the phone-number step, read the optional SMS checkbox and its linked Privacy Policy and SMS Terms. The checkbox starts unchecked. Select it only if you want transactional order-confirmation texts.
- Continue with your phone number and choose card or cash. Consent is recorded with the order, including the time and disclosure version. Leaving the checkbox unchecked does not prevent an online purchase.
The live ordering form follows business availability. The disclosure and reference screenshot below can be reviewed at any time without signing in or creating an order.
